Lee J. Greytak is the founder and President of First Dynamic Business Solutions, Inc.
He has held a real estate license since he was 20 years old, was on the Board for a Federal Credit Union at 22 years old, worked for a CPA firm in audit and tax and then went on as Controller for one of the largest commercial and industrial real estate developers and property management company in the country. Lee handled all of the financial affairs and worked closely with joint venture partners, architects and general contractors in developing 4 million square feet and managed 8 million square feet in Los Angeles.
As a Chief Financial Officer for over 22 years he was not only involved in all financial affairs but many operational issues. He was intimately involved in starting over 25 companies including 3 title companies in 2 states with one title company having escrow and loan servicing operations in 10 locations. In southern California he formed an independent escrow operation with 9 branches, an REO operation of commercial and residential property and 3 software companies as well as 15 other start up companies. He was responsible for several (successful) mergers and acquisitions (as a seller and buyer), formed alliances with privately held and publicly traded companies and formed an ESOP as an exit strategy for two business owners.
Lee J. Greytak’s diverse background has enabled him to take these business experiences into the formation of First Dynamic Business Solutions and capitalize on them for the benefit of his clients. He is the second generation in the real estate industry. Lee was president of a commercial and industrial real estate development company and a property management company. Since 1977, he was involved as landlord, tenant or subtenant for over 880 commercial and industrial leases.
His educational background includes a BA Degree in Accounting from California State University Fullerton and he holds a Real Estate license and has a Certificate in Real Estate.
Lee is a member of The Peer Advisory Forum (PAF), Vistage International (VI), the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), as well as the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) where he has been designated as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He has been listed in Cambridge’s “Who’s Who”, and is involved in the community with the Boy Scouts of America, National Eagle Scout Association, Sons of the American Legion, the Brea Olinda Band Boosters, and with an orphanage in Uganda, Africa.
